Checkup Guide tells you which health checks you're owed where you live, and how to actually get them, even if you don't have a family doctor.
It asks six quick questions (your age, your body, any symptoms right now, smoking, family history, past conditions) and then lists your checks. That means things like blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol, hepatitis and HIV tests, osteoporosis, and screening for breast, colon, cervical and lung cancer. Each card links to the official page its rule comes from.
For now, Quebec is the only place with its own detailed rules. Anywhere else you get general guidance from the WHO and other international bodies, marked as such, until we've gone through your country's programs. There's a button in the app to ask for yours.
The "how to get it" part of each card is written by AI from official sources. The card says so, and it can be wrong.
It's free. No account, no ads, no fees from clinics or labs. Your answers don't leave your phone.
The store links go live when the listings are published.
Please read. This app gives general information, not medical advice. It does not diagnose anything and cannot tell you whether you are sick. No doctor has reviewed its content yet, and the app says so on every results screen. AI-written text can be wrong, so confirm with your clinic or health service before you go.
If you have symptoms, get them checked whatever the app says about screening. If it feels like an emergency, go to the nearest emergency department.
