The app has no account, so there is no account to close. Everything you enter is saved only on your phone.
Remove what the app saved
In the app: on the results screen, open Settings and tap Delete my answers, then confirm. Your answers, last tests, plans, reminders and saved printouts are removed from the phone. On iPhone and iPad it also clears the "Ask your AI" text if it's still on your clipboard. This can't be undone.
Or delete the app itself:
iPhone or iPad: touch and hold the Checkup Guide icon, tap Remove App, then Delete App. Your answers, plans and scheduled reminders are deleted with it.
Android: open Settings, then Apps, then Checkup Guide, then Storage, and tap Clear storage. Or uninstall the app. Either one deletes your answers, plans and reminders.
Things the app doesn't control
- Calendar events you added with "Remind me" are ordinary events in your calendar. Delete them in your calendar app.
- Usage events sent to our analytics provider carry no answers, no name and no account, and can't be matched to you, so there is nothing we can find and delete for one person. See the privacy policy for exactly what they contain.
- Emails you sent us: write to checkups@handled.tools from the same address and we will delete them.
